These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and hs888 ("hs888", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the hs888 website located at https://hs888.cam and all associated services, products and features made available through the platform.

By accessing the hs888 platform, creating an account, depositing funds, placing bets or participating in any games or services offered, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the hs888 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the hs888 platform. hs888 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required before certain account actions, including significant withdrawals.
• "AML" means Anti-Money Laundering — the compliance framework applied to financial transactions on the platform.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the currency used for account balance display and transaction denomination on hs888.

To register and maintain an account on hs888, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

1. Age: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the applicable operator or license jurisdiction. hs888 does not knowingly permit access to minors. Providing false date-of-birth information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
2. Legal Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction. Individuals who lack legal capacity to contract may not use the platform.
3. Jurisdictional Compliance: You are solely responsible for verifying that your participation in online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction. 4. Single Account: Each individual may hold only one registered account on hs888. Duplicate accounts may be closed at hs888's discretion, with balances subject to review.
5. Not a Restricted Person: You may not register if you are an employee, director, contractor or close family member of hs888 or any affiliated entity.
6. Self-Exclusion: You may not register or play if you have a current self-exclusion in place on the platform.

To access hs888's full range of services, Players must complete the account registration process. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.

hs888 reserves the right to require identity verification (KYC) at any point during the account lifecycle — at registration, before processing withdrawals, or in response to regulatory or compliance obligations. KYC verification typically involves submission of a valid government-issued identification document and proof of address. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your username, password or account access with any third party. hs888 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access that results from your failure to maintain credential security.

Account sharing — allowing multiple persons to use a single registered account — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

By using the hs888 platform, you agree to comply with the following conduct obligations:

• You will use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• You will not use any software, scripts, bots, data-scraping tools or automated systems to interact with the platform.
• You will not attempt to exploit software errors, glitches or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any gains derived from technical errors are not considered valid winnings and hs888 reserves the right to void such transactions.
• You will not engage in any form of collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage abuse or fraudulent play.
• You will not use the platform to launder money or conduct any transaction that may contravene AML regulations.
• You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile or otherwise access the platform's underlying code or systems.
• You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that losses are a possible outcome of play. hs888 does not guarantee winnings or returns on any bet or game.

Violation of any of the above conduct obligations may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture (where applicable under the operator's fraud and AML policies) and referral to relevant authorities.

All account balances on hs888 are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposit and withdrawal options are subject to the methods available within the platform at any given time. hs888 references familiar Pakistani payment services — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — as part of the local payment context. These references are for contextual familiarity only. None of these institutions endorse, support or facilitate gambling transactions on behalf of hs888.

• Deposits: Minimum and maximum deposit thresholds apply and are displayed within the platform's cashier section. Deposits made from third-party accounts not registered in your name are prohibited.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. Processing times depend on the payment method selected and are governed by operator-published timelines.
• Currency: Balances are held and displayed in PKR. Currency conversion fees, if applicable, are governed by the payment method provider and are not the responsibility of hs888.

hs888 may offer bonuses, promotional credits, free bets, free spins and other incentive schemes to Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are communicated at the time of the offer. The following general principles apply to all bonus offers:

• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash unless the applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.

All bets and game rounds on hs888 are governed by the specific rules applicable to each product or market, as displayed within the platform. The following general principles apply across all betting and gaming activity:

• Bets are accepted at hs888's discretion. The platform reserves the right to limit stake sizes, refuse bets or restrict account access where unusual betting patterns are identified.
• Odds for sports markets — including Pakistan cricket, PSL T20, ICC tournaments, football and other events — are set by the platform's odds providers and are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, the odds are locked.

• Random Number Generator (RNG) outcomes in casino games, slots and virtual sports are determined by certified software. hs888 does not control or manipulate RNG outputs.
• Any bet or game round affected by a verifiable technical fault may be voided, with the original stake returned.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not extend to any copying, reproduction, redistribution, modification, commercial exploitation or creation of derivative works from any platform content.

The hs888 brand name, logo and associated marks are proprietary. Unauthorised use of hs888's brand assets in any context — including on third-party websites, social media or printed materials — is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, hs888 excludes all liability for:

• Financial losses arising from gambling activity, including losses on bets, casino games or any other platform products.
• Interruptions to platform availability caused by technical faults, maintenance, network issues or force majeure events.
• Loss or corruption of account data due to circumstances beyond hs888's reasonable control.
• Decisions made by Players in reliance on information displayed on the platform, including odds, game descriptions or promotional content.
• Legal consequences arising from a Player's access to and use of the platform in a jurisdiction where such access may be restricted or prohibited.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits hs888's liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

hs888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraudulent, collusive or illegal activity.
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Conduct that is abusive, threatening or otherwise harmful to hs888's staff, systems or other Players.
• Request by the Player to close their account voluntarily.

Upon account closure, any outstanding verified balance (net of any applicable bonus amounts under relevant bonus terms) will be returned to the Player via their verified payment method, subject to completion of KYC and satisfaction of any active wagering requirements. Fraudulent balances, as determined by hs888's compliance team, are not eligible for return.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within a reasonable period, subject to outstanding balance and KYC status.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the operator's licensing jurisdiction, as published in the operator's official licensing documentation. Players accessing the platform from Pakistan acknowledge that hs888 is not a Pakistani-licensed entity and is not subject to regulation by any Pakistani governmental, financial or telecommunications authority.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, breach or termination — shall be referred to the dispute-resolution mechanism specified in the operator's published terms. Where no specific mechanism is provided, disputes shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the operator's licensing territory.

hs888 makes no representation that the platform or its services are appropriate for, or available to, users in jurisdictions where their use is restricted or prohibited by applicable law.

hs888 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, hs888 will take reasonable steps to notify registered Players, which may include displaying a notice on the platform or sending a notification to the email address associated with a Player's account.

Your continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you should cease use of the platform and may request account closure.
